Hi it's Alex again... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I am not that old (17) but I guess I am sort of nostalgic about things from the 90s! I prefer FF as a browser so it's nice to have the IE look without using IE.

Here is a screenshot from Ubuntu 8.10. http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/7411/16703558cm9.png (you may see that I have customised the Ubuntu with Windows appearance too). it would be nice to include the BACK and FORWARD icons in a future update? :D

Thanks for fixing that, I realised that the back/forward buttons were present in the Windows screenshot but perhaps you forgot to add them to the Linux version. The smaller tabs are a great improvement too, I should have mentioned that earlier. Here is how it looks on Ubuntu 8.10 with Windows appearance setting: http://img83.imageshack.us/img83/9435/ie5smallicontextaq8.png Pretty awesome I must say, you did a great job! :D

Some improvements you could make...maybe the address bar should be thniner (like the Google search bar) so that it looks more like IE, tabs bar could be a few pixels thinner (my screen isn't very big so I need to save space!) and the icons without text don't look very good (same for small icon without text), they are a bit distorted, look: http://img397.imageshack.us/img397/2919/ie5smallicongg6.png

btw you should probably rename this add-on to IE5 as IE6 is a lot more XP-style, IE5 is 95/98 style. :)

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.00).

Thank you for reporting the bug!

I fixed it in version 99. Come and see. I would be even more thankful, if you made a screenshot of the latest version of my theme on your Ubuntu. I would recommend you to make the screenshot smaller; there shouldn't be so much white space.
