I like that this gives you more control over a bad habit. While others simply nuke a site, preventing you from going on (which can be a nuisance when you actually need the site!) This one lets me have a bit more freedom and reminds me of... my intention on the current site.

yeah this is a good one, I'll give it a go for a while on my problematic sites and see how I do in the long run.
