Search engine Rated 4 out of 5 stars

The search function can be changed from Japanese Google to any other by editing main.js in the directory image_quick_drag-copy.rev4-fx\resources\image-quick-drag\lib (you have to unzip downloaded image_quick_drag-copy.rev4-fx.xpi)

tab-drop nomore works, pls FIX Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Dragging and dropping a tab in empty room to drop it into a new window doesn't work anymore!
I tested it, de-/activated this addon.
(First de-/activate, then open tabs to test!)

Worthy replacement of the original except... Rated 3 out of 5 stars

highlighting and dragging a word makes it google search in japanese! please set it to google.com not google.jp :( or give us options to modify ourselves. other than that dragging images work flawlessly. for now. thank you!

Works Great Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A great add-on to replace the image drag functionality of "QuickDrag" (Version 2.1.3.23) that was lost after FF18+ was released. Just go to any web page and make a drag gesture on any image to instantly download it to your default destination. Requires no configuration whatsoever.

Well! I tried this addon in hopes that it would replace the former "QuickDrag" which no longer downloads images since Firefox 18. This one, however, does, indeed download images. However, I can't recommend it because it's search function only works for Google (I use DuckDuckGo) and Google in Chinese or Japanese or something! Neither are there any options. If this addon used the default search provider (that I chose), then I would give it a better rating.
