Great Suggestions Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Imacro sure is good and fast. But the imacro version
5.22 has more functions like 'error handling', 'user settings'...I hope a new version of imacro could have all that included, probably v.6.0.0.7.Well, once again, i would like to point out that the speed of running the macro is fast.

Most importantly, i would like that imacro could improve on this---When playing macros, the macro will not stop and get intterupted by another opened window of the same web page. I am looking forward to install a new version of imacro which has all the above suggestions included. Thank You!

Horrible for Basic form filling Not yet rated

I was looking for something to duplicate the autofill function from Safari. While it seems like there is a way to do to it in this program it is far too complicated.

Their support pages look like they read well for programmers, not normal computer users. This may be a powerful program for those willing to do some coding and tackle the learning curve - but normal users should steer clear. I should mention that I am usually the go to guy to fix my friends computer problems and networking issues, but this program is way to much of a hassle for what should be a extremely simple task - filling in my name, address, e-mail and other basic info in whatever forms I encounter online.

Good, with a few annoyances Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is a useful, powerful application for filling out those pesky forms or logging in to sites quickly. Other reviews below have focused on the positives, so i will mainly emphasize the negatives. this is not to discount the usefulness of this addon.

the main issue i have is the hierarchy for saving macros. iMacros comes with a wide range of demo macros, which is dandy and useful, however, they should be put in a folder labeled "demo macros" or the like, instead of clogging up the main window.

"hey!" you might say, "instead of being lazy, why don't you just make that folder yourself and move all the demo apps into it?" two reasons: one, the reason i downloaded this app was to save time, not waste it, and two, much to my annoyance, macros cannot be moved to different folders, only resaved to said folder and the original deleted. again, way too much work.

also, strangely, all of your macros are in the "Favorites" folder, which cannot be removed or renamed. you cannot put your macros outside this folder, regardless of whether they are your "favorites" or not. this folder should really be renamed "Macros", or done away with altogether for all I'm concerned.

other annoyances include that any new folders i make are always minimized upon hiding iMacros. this trivial annoyance wastes a few seconds of my time that could be spent elsewhere.

Finally, iMacros has no support for Java-based applications. ya, I know, if you shell out ridiculous sums of money (499$?!?!?), you can have all that. ya, the company has to make money and all... but Java support would have made this so much better.

It's simply Great!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I find this software the best automation software to automate my games and e-mails! It is fast, easy to record and edit the Macro. And most importantly it is easy to customize and modify the Macro!

Awesome extension Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is the most innovative, useful, and all around awesome extension ever.

I LOVE the new feature that allows to embed imacros in links. We use this feature in our Intranet extensively. Another good use for it is to include imacros in emails (or reviews :-) http://shorl.com/kalufejymetre

Better than Roboform Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was turned on to this by a friend after complaining about activation problems with Roboform. iMacros is more powerful than Roboform, and FREE. If you use this software just a couple times to instantly fill out lengthy, repetitive forms, you will become an iMacros fan, too!

used to be great Rated 4 out of 5 stars

there now seems to be a bug, where when you create a macro to select radio buttons, it will only select the first one.

Saved me countless hours Rated 5 out of 5 stars

iMacros saved me countless hours testing web applications (insurance/banking/travel...) that have forms spanning across 10 or more pages. And now making a small coding error doesn't mean spending 5 minutes re-entering all the data.

And the option to read input data directly from a standard CSV text file is extremly useful for web regression testing.

Great! Try it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Extremly useful Rated 5 out of 5 stars

If I would be allowed to have only one add-on on my (work) PC, than it would be this one! It automates even the most complicated bank and insurances websites. It saves my 1-2 hours of routine work EVERY DAY.

One problem I have is that it does not work with IE tab for Firefox. But in this case I can use the native iMacros for Internet Explorer version. Macros recorded in the Firefox version work in the IE version, too.

Excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is easily my favorite extension. It can do a lot of things, but it takes time to learn all the functions.

iMacros does EVERYTHING for me Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This add-on is wonderful for me, because I need to work with a lot of online booking websites like expedia.com . I especially love that I can do complete bookings with just ONE mouse click now! Form fillers like Roboform only helped with the login, but imacros does EVERYTHING for me.

Maybe I shouldn't mention this here, but there is a free IE version, too :)
I appreciate the time and effort the developer(s) put in to this add-on.

Extremely useful Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I have used iMacros for quite some time now and found it extremely useful. I like it especially that the macros are simple text files that I can edit.

One of my "top ten" extensions Rated 5 out of 5 stars

iMacros is one of my "top ten" extensions that I always install when I am at a new PC.

As a web developer, I have to click on the same thing over and over, and iMacros automates all this work for me.
