1. Re-designed plugin, fix crashes and hangs
2. Ensure compatibility with Firefox 19+ and Windows 7.
3. Overcome keyboard input focus problems caused by Firefox OOPP
4. Support using most Firefox keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys, such as Ctrl+T, Ctrl+N,...) inside IE Tab tabs. (new and unique!)
5. Correctly handle keyboard input. Alt-Gr key or other keyboard layout should all work.
