[Important Information for you] UPDATE
Mozilla Add-on Builder service was gone. I switched development environment to Addon SDK on PC. and I submited version 1.5, but it was rejected by AMO reviewer.
After that, I don't have long enough spare time to maintain this addon.
I'm sorry for inconvenience.
Important Information: 2016/03/16
Mozilla is changing a lot of things about add-on development again. So this addon might be stop working in the future.

Critical Known Issue 2016/03/17
This addon has critical known issue about "Manage unwanted result sites" due to updated data grid module "jqgird". The issue is lost your 16+ sitelist when save(press OK button) on "Manage unwanted result sites".
I would like to fix this issue. But Mozilla is changing a lot of add-on development, especially add-on build environment. So it is difficult to update this addon soon.
Meanwhile, USE Export/Edit manually/Import instead "Manage unwanted result sites".
I am truly sorry for your inconvenience.
Fixed this critical issue on version 1.7.0
