Really great addon but I believe that average user will get lost in preferences. Its just too much. Maybe you could release one big version in state as it is now and one light version which only creates buttons and hide titlebar and does nothing else? :)
Working well on Fedora Linux 26
Fantastic work! Thank you!
Really great concept. However, would like to see better Linux titlebar integration. The titlebar buttons don't properly reflect the design of GTK+ themes and also don't provide an option to place them on the left side instead.
Great extension. However, when used in tor Browser, it only works one time after installation, after that the titlebar is still visible.
Very good in making FF's UI less messy, but it drives me nut when it comes to themes, I tried many but when this add-on is enabled the theme just cover the tab button, nothing else and leaves the window solid colored. I've to disable this add-on for now.
The only thing I need is the title bar removal for linux desktop managers. Wish there was a add-on just for that. But anyways thanks a lot, this did the trick wonderfully.
(1) Can no longer close the browser with the X in the corner
(2) Can no longer drag the browser window around that's been reduced in size.
Work around on (1) is close with alt-F4, or right click close the browser tab sitting in task bar.
This does what I want. It removes the titlebar, making my browser experience in Linux better. However, there are many more features that I have no use for and can only assume provides bloat in both space and resource usage. Please offer a lite version that simply offers titlebar removal.
Ich liebe dieses Addon ,eins noch wäre es möglich auch eine deutsche Übersetzung
Trotzdem volle Punktzahl von mir
Yes!, German translation can be done at Babelzilla!

Get some space like in chrome
Please add an option for buttons on the left and removal of some titlebar buttons (I don't use a maximize button but rather prefer to drag the window up) as well as centering the buttons. With buttons fixed on the right it's usless for linux users who prefer left buttons as well as mac users.
Absolutely no issues under normal conditions - reasonably configurable, down to replacing the 3-bar "Open Menu" button, FF icon and label, etc.
From about:performance: 1% cpu, 0 impact on framerate. :)
No stars deducted for this, but the standard title bar won't hide since the update to 52.0. The FF release notes don't mention anything relevant, so I don't know what changed, but I'll see if I can find out anything more. (I tried disable/restart/enable/restart, no luck.)
Xfce 4.12 (xfwm4.12.3) for Linux 4.8.0-36-generic / #36~16.04.1-Ubuntu / x86_64; as mentioned, FF 52.0, 64-bit.
Works surprisingly well on Linux/Xfce
When I enable this in Firefox from ESR 45 to Nightly 54 it uses 10% cpu or more. WHen I disable it stops. I like the addon so please fix this.
only one issue when I check hide titlebar it works only till I restart fire fox and then its unchecked again
Finally a plugin that brings the sleekness found in the windows version of firefox over to *nix.
This is what I need for linux. Hide title bar
Till Firefox offers this out of the box, this extension does what it should and more* quite good and am happy that it exists. Thanks for making it possible and putting an end to this useless title bar.
* The extension does IMO more than it should and feels bloated. Stuff like Firefox button, custom actions (enabled by default!), floating menu etc are not that important and i won't miss it.
I installed this add-on to simply have more control over my Title Bar (as the name implies).
What I found was an interface tweaking tool that is in a class along with Classic Theme Restorer, if not beyond: an essential for anybody who wants more control over the Firefox user interface.
I have more toolbar space available in all views, and more of my actual screen is available for the full-screen. I could go on for paragraphs, but the bottom line is that this is a must have for any Firefox gear-head.
I absolutely love this addon but for some reason my min,max and close buttons are overlapping with my other icons. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here's a screenshot. Thank you. http://imgur.com/a/9cMcA
