Can't tell it's installed. Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I don't have any icons, buttons, or menu options available, so I can't tell if it even works or not. On right click, I don't have an option to do anything any differently than I did before.

No idea why Mozilla's default refresh button HAS to be on the right side now. At least Mozilla has smart users like yourself that can take care of keeping the interface versatile. Now I have two refresh buttons, but the fact I can put my refresh button on the left is fantastic. Thanks for taking care of this for them!

Compatibility issues with Mac Firefox 30? Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I know Hard Refresh v1.2 was released June 10th but I have had compatibility issues with Firefox 30. After installing this extension, Firefox would hang in about 20-30 minutes and would have to be force quit. I checked the activity monitor on my Mac and Firefox was using nearly 100% of processor time. I disabled Hard Refresh and Firefox never hung again and returned to it's normal processor usage.

iMac (vintage 2006), 2GHz Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 250 GB HD, OS X 10.6.8. Yea, the machine is old but it keeps chugging along with no hardware issues ever and runs Firefox well.

Why? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I'm not sure why Ctrl+F5 is harder than right clicking then clicking. So much so that an extension was written? Do people hate the keyboard that much?

take keyboard F5 as Ctr+f5 directly Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It has been simple and work well and I just wanted to suggest one extra function, not sure how feasible is it.

If you could implement a setting to take keyboard F5 function as Ctr+F5 directly?

This feature should be built into firefox (without having to use the shift + refresh shortcut).

I think a great addition to this plugin would be to make a toolbar button that also does a hard refresh (if that is even possible)

So very few times do I come across a "great" FireFox add-on. Great job guys! You deserve all five stars!

good, but incomplete Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works very well, as described. Would get 5 stars from me if it additionally included a toolbar button. Context menus do get cluttered, and I really like an eye-catching single-function button. You've already got a good icon...

Thanks a lot for all comments. We had problem making the button fit with all themes so we took it out, lol. But since there are already 2 requests we'll do it :D. (gotta wait a bit though 'cause we've been busy with sth else... ;) ).

Works as described. A toolbar button would be a nice addition.

Nice Rated 5 out of 5 stars

"Of course you can press ctrl+f5 but sometimes clicking can be convenient."

Because many are keyboard ignorant and simply unaware of that function.
I like the simplicity it adds.
Nice add on

just a minor thing: the locale should be inside the chrome ;-)

Hi there. Thanks for your comment. We really wanted to add the locale but don't know what "hard refresh" is called in other languages. Maybe you can tell us what it's called in your language and we'll gladly add that. ^^
