  • The theme rocks, we need an update!
  • Please upgrade, I want it so bad, I miss it a lot too. :c best theme ever.
  • I released a FF 4 & 5 compatible version under the name "CrApple" here:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/crapple/
    Got permissions from Arronax... ;)
  • For anyone looking for a version of this for Firefox 4, take a look at larzon83's post (second from the bottom) here:

    You might need to manually move the Home, Refesh and Stop buttons from the right side of the awesome bar to the left to get it to display properly. :)
  • Amazing theme, gives you the best of both worlds: Safari design with Firefox functionality. In fact, I love this theme so much - I'm not updating to Firefox 4 until this theme is updated. So there.
  • Ahh. What happened to takebacktheweb.org?
    Wondered if there was a new version of this, and instead this version is older than the one i'm using.
  • Finally, I can tell at a glance which tab is active. Very cool, very Mac-like look. Kudos to the developers.
  • Hola solo decir que me encanta,pero uso windows,¿para cuando uno como este para windows firefox 3.6?,saludos.

  • Very clean and professional looking theme, fits extremely well into osx. Thanks for the time you obviously spent on this because it looks great.

  • 不错的说,很喜欢这个主题
  • Also a good safari-like theme, but I think Crisp is by far the best. The good thing about this is that the tab bar retains its old behavior of staying separate from the navigation, if that is your thing.

  • Hey,
    I love you ;)
    thanks!!
  • Thanks a lot for updating this to FF 3.6, I was already afraid I'd have to use one of those silly persona designs... GrApple delicious is my favored design since it exists!
  • This is nice, but no download for SunOS x86. May of these themes don't have SunOS compatible versions. Bummer, UNIX is fun.
  • I like it. Wish text was overlayed with rubylith when using Edit > Find and 'Phrase not found."
  • 10/10 beautiful, best of both worlds. good idea to combine this with the fission progress bar and then head over to devantart for the firefox icon with the safari compass instead of the globe
  • fantastic theme, really well done.
  • Sorry it would be "nice"(better) to put it on 1.50Firefox version,
    by the way it looks cool though.
    can you please make one for 1.5.0 Firefox please.
  • Excellent OS X integration. Has the look of Safari but with the same power of Firefox.
  • really good look it feels the elegant biew of safari on leopard and the blazing speed of firefox 3
  • Absolutely bee-yoo-tee-full. Should be the default on Mac.
  • Yes it's much better!!!
    Though ability to see 'focus' (on tabs, or when adding tags when bookmarking, in particular) - to navigate with keyboard almost dealbreaker for me.
    (for clueless : double click tab, now press Cmnd+arrow ...)

    I'll give it another shot, and probably will learn to live with guessing where focus is.
    Nevertheless - seeing focus is a standard practice across the OS X, and is a Godsend for keyboard people.
    So I hope you'll give it some thought.
    (Especially as no new stuff/features has to be added - just "release" features that's there already - spare the effort to suppress it ;))
    Peace, keep up the good work!

    WOW, ARONNAX - FANTASTIC REPLY AS ALWAYS !!!
    THANKS !!!
    And I have one more question as always ;)))
    > do you know by chance of any way to move 'focus' to a tab - using keyboard ?
    That could be some fancy shortcut, or maybe an extension?
    You will never see this "out if the box" in my themes,
    but you can change it self. Try this:

    .tabbrowser-tab[selected="true"]:focus > .tab-image-middle > .tab-text-stack > .tab-text {
    outline: 2px solid #4F8EC9 !important;
    outline-offset: -2px !important;
    -moz-outline-radius: 3px !important;
    }

    in your userChrome.css file or the Stylish extension

    Cheers
