It will disable all right-click context menu Rated 2 out of 5 stars

This add on works good in chrome but not in firefox. It made all the context menu gone... I have to disable it to restore my right-click menu. Please fix it.

This add-on affects the backspace and space keys on your keyboard in Facebook comments. It took me a while to figure out why this issue had suddenly popped up. I should have read previous reviews. Don't use this until they get the bugs out.

This should have been a 5-star review except for one very important thing: it totally hashes up comments on Facebook. I could sometimes type in short comments that would post OK, but if I made a typo and tried correcting it, the cursor did not appear to backspace, although in reality and hidden, the backspacing was happening. I could guess and type in the correct characters and see a mish-mash word that I would hope would look OK when I posted. Often that worked. But other times the whole post would be rearranged randomly. I never saw apostrophes when typing a comment, but they showed when I posted. That was just for comments, though. Original posts worked fine. Chat in Facebook worked fine. But since mostly I comment, I was having to write comments in a text editor, then cut and paste into the comment box. It was months before I figured out Grammarly Lite was the culprit. Before it began hashing my comments, I really loved the extension and it was easily a 5-star application. I wish I knew what happened.

it kills FACEBOOK on FF !!! no possibility to correct ANYTHING in comment, or status ! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

It's an lovely plugin but it took me crazy amount of time, and a lot of stress, to find out that just because of this plugin I was terrified to click delete, or backspace button, doesnt matter what system, PC or MAC, in every FIREFOX with this up, facebook was scrabbling every sentence and mixing all words, like a virus or some other sh..t

otherwise I would give it 5 stars

PS. I work with computers for 20years and this is my first review just because I wasted so much time trying to find out what was wrong !

I almost died Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Did a reset and lost grammarly and was devastated. I went to their site and the free install didn't seem to be there. Thank god that Mozilla has it. The best spell checker in the world and basic but still helpful grammer checker.

Now make it available on Thunderbird. It has about the worst spell checker in the world. Spell checks parts of typed words.

Hideous privacy policy.

Facebook Comment Issues Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Ever since the last update of Firefox Grammarly disallows you to reply via comments on Facebook. When disabled, it allows it. Very irritating.

Must be fixed.

Love it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The only gripe I have with Grammarly, is that everytime Firefox releases a new version, Grammarly stops working. I have to remove it and then re-instal it.

Apart from that it works perfectly for me, and doesn't interfere with anything else I use.

Doesn't work and breaks everything else Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The add-on interferes with other add-ons and disables many if not all of their context menu items. And then when I tried to test the add-on on several websites (by making intentional spelling and grammar mistakes) nothing happened. The add-on did absolutely nothing as I was typing. I didn't see any context menu items to click on. The add-on was basically dead. The only thing it "did" do was screw with my other add-ons.

Great, but Potential Security Concern Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Does this add on take in whatever we type to some external server? I see it active on sensitive password fields, too. Other than that, functionality-wise, it's just awesome.

Disabled too many other more important addons Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Nice "idea" but pity it doen't play nice with 10 far more important addons that I use regularly.

Nice and useful Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is nice and useful add-on for Firefox (lightweight, fast and reliable). There are two suggestions though (IMHO): the creation of a button to switch on and off (there are some occasions that I write in other languages, and it keeps annoying me) and its functionality with single line input fields (currently it seems to fail to work on single lines).

Had to remove... Rated 2 out of 5 stars

As with others, I agree that it was a useful add-on, but it disabled right context items I rely upon.

I had to remove it ... way too many conflicts with Gmail.

Seems nice, but removes context menus by other plugins, which is rather malicious.

I am a Grammarly user for almost a year now and it is doing great for me. I never knew they have a Grammarly lite addon for Firefox which is really helpful. I have their addon for Grammarly proof reading ever since I subscribed to their service. Both addons are amazingly helpful!

Really cool and useful add-on. But only draw back is that it removes all other selection context menu items like lastpass, free download manager etc., Eventhough non-selection context menus like flashgot and Adblock plus are left intact.

This is a very useful utility. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to recognize British spellings of some common words. Cf colour and color.
