It'll change the way you browse, blog and maintain your links and lists - Fantastic for Amazon book lovers Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I'm an amazon book junky and blogger. The Blue Organizer has become an indispensable browsing and publishing tool for me - in the same way that del.icio.us tags, google notes and tabbed browsing are. The mark of a really good browsing tool, is when you miss it the second you don't have it. I would definitely miss my BlueOrganizer if I was browsing or blogging on a friend's computer. Here are a couple of reasons why -

Saves me a lot of time - make tinyurls and share any page on twitter, tumblr, facebook or delicious with one click.

Organize stuff quickly - people, books, albums, recipes, blogs...it knows exactly what you're looking at and saving and categories are pre-populated - everything you save is searchable with natural language. All your stuff is really easy to find with pull down menus and search - especially if you save lots and browse a lot.

Bloggers Rejoice. Publishing a new item into a graphical widget feed takes under 15 seconds (20 seconds if you add your own notes! and yes..I timed it), and does not require a log-in. You do it as you re browsing - it's as fast as adding a del.icio.us tag.

Widgets of all types (books, music, bookmarks) are snap to set up on a blog and is completely customizable - you fully control the way your SmartLinks work, look and feel - and it's all accomplished, again, through your browser. Just as easy as adding a tag - you can add dynamic content to a blog.

If you're constantly on amazon and love your wish lists - this is a great tool for you. Adding a book to your organizer is the fastest, most efficient way to maintain your lists as you continue to browse - add notes, find out more information on the book and about the author with smartlinks without the need for a Google search.

Try it. It'll become a permanent part of your firefox tool bar. Trust me.

I find it invaluable Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I have been using it for some time now and manage over 800 bookmarks. The ability to search based on my own tags allows me to find exactly what I'm looking for faster then I could with traditional bookmarking. I also run multiple machines both on Windows and Linux and having my bookmarks seamlessly follow me around is so convenient. I'm yet to find a better way and it is the most used Firefox add-on in my kit. Nice work AdaptiveBlue !

Saves a lot of time and makes browsing easier Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I like to read alot of books and I also read alot of book reviews on the internet.

This is a great addon because when I come across a book review for a new author I can highlight the author's name and then right click with my mouse on the author's name to find more about the author on my favorite book sites. The options are personalized based on my favorite web sites for books.

What is really impressive about this is that when I highlight a musician and right click with my mouse the menu presents a list of my favorite music web sites to find the musician on.

So when it's an author I can search right away on Amazon or Audible and when it's a musician I can search right away on Itunes or Youtube.

might be a great concept but the freezes and loops in execution are too much trouble to overcome!

Love the concept Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is definitely a great idea! I get what they are trying to do - bringing the idea of the semantic web to current web technology. From a non-technologist standpoint however, this doesn't do much in terms of changing or improving my browsing behavior. Would like to see some more done with it.

Good Idea not good Execution Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I signed up for this service. It is a nice idea. The problem was that when testing it, I added a five films to my movies and then when I checked my list from a different connection it had only two of them. To me, then is not reliable. If you use the time and then it dissapears, then it is not useful.

Works oddly. Rated 2 out of 5 stars

At first glance, this seems very cool. You can organize your books, for example, and create wish lists... just as long as it's books or movies only.

What if you want to save a TV series DVD? Um, you can't. It doesn't recognize it at all. Instead it wants to save it as a web page, which I do not want to do. I want to add several to my wish list, but alas... I cannot.

It's useless for me then. I'll just stick with Amazon until something better comes along.
