  • For some stupid reason Mozilla wont let <49.0 addons work on >49.0. It's just a version. Who cares?

  • This was excellent under Firefox 3 and made the application look just like Windows Explorer for a seamless Windows user experience. I can't wait until this is ready for version 4.

  • Very nice add-on, the bad thing is the lack of FF4 support!
Can some one make it possible?

  • iv been using this for year now. FF4 update pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • calling my friend about glasser toolbar i like it much different for sure they gonna love it...............

  • great add-ons thanks

  • If this did the bookmarks toolbar too then I'd love it, but for some reason it makes it look ugly with nasty yellow text on a white background.

  • I'm loving it.. i jjust wish that the rest of the ui (Bookmarks Toolbar, Tab Bar, Side Bar, and Status Bar) could be transparent as well. If you want a real challenge, what about including the menus as well. Quantum Leap: The Menus, Bars, everything being translucent. And the page, and the web page is their distorted background. They can also be elevated via z-index. (Great for scalability.)

  • greatt

  • Very nice add-on... Thanks..

  • This add-on... Oh my goodness.
I Can`t find a word to describe how beautiful this is!
The best UI Tweak for Windows 7 users!

  • Please create for SeaMonkey.
    Nice :)

  • This is an excellent add-on for Windows users, as most desktop users would have Aero enabled.

I believe Mozilla should look at integrating this functionality in the core, starting version 4.0 (am sure someone has thought of this before, and possibly suggested too).

  • Nice.

  • Working fine now. It was another extension causing the problem.

  • 3.6.7 causes a frequent java error, and it makes it so i can't even get all the warning messages closed. I had to load Firefox in safe-mode to uninstall it. Please update it for 3.6.7 Firefox.

  • Отличная штука на 7-ке смотрится))

  • >>>I can't edit my review so I'm posting a new one.

    EDIT: This fixed it...

"You can set the prefs dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.* to false on the about:config page to disable the plugin-container process to see if that helps.
    dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npctrl.dll (Silverlight)
    dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npqtplugin.dll (QuickTime)
    dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll (Flash)

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page."

  • It only works for 5 min.s max...then you get this:

  • There are a number of better glass-enabling add-ons, but seeing as this was one of the first (if not *the* first) then credit must be given for what is a fantastic glass base. Out of this, NEW Glasser (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12951) and "All-Glass" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/12181) this would have to take third place, with All-Glass the ultimate winner. But, seeing as the other two are built on top of this add-on, there can be no denying just how great and powerful Glasser really is.

As with all glass-enabling add-ons and styles either Windows 7 or Vista are needed, as the base functionality is drawn from the OS.
