Annoying ads which can't be disabled, absolutely not lightweight. It can't even display the overloaded settings menu on older CPUs.

Hi, notifications can be turned off in Ghostery's extension settings: Click the Ghostery icon in the browser > click the three stacked dots > click "settings" > click "notifications" > adjust accordingly. To turn off Rewards: Click the Ghostery icon in the browser > click the three stacked dots > click "settings" > click opt-in/out > un-check the box that reads "participating in Ghostery Rewards" Reach out by email to email@example.com with any questions.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Joy, a month agoIt seems to do a great job of ad blocking. Unfortunately, it also blocks videos from sites that I've subscribed to. For example, I belong to Herb Mentor on LearningHerbs.com. None of the videos will work with Ghostery enabled.
