Furigana Inserter uses MeCab a morphological analyzer to automatically insert furigana for words written in kanji. Furigana are small characters written in kana or romaji which appear above a word. They tell you how to read a word.
Furigana Inserter requires the dictionary add-on in order to work. You can download it from Furigana Inserter's home page.
Firefox >= 38 has built-in support for ruby. To change the size of furigana add the following code to

Furigana Inserter can now show a translation in a popup. It uses Rikaichan's dictionaries. Rikaichan itself doesn't have to be installed.
