Hide Vertical Scrollbar Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I installed this to "Hide the Vertical Scrollbar",

It did that but...,

with it hidden I can't scroll at all?

tried the mouse wheel & keyboard, Nothing works to scroll a page without the vertical scrollbar in FF 3.

I have it on my laptop and it works beautifully, now I have put it on my main computer but there is no way to use it - there is no icon anywhere on my screen to click on.I did try to go to support section to report this but it just brought me back to here - ahh the wonders of computers !

The add-on works nice, but I tried it because I'd like to have the cursor in the URL-field when I open a new tab. Is there any way to achieve this?
Thanks!
Fabian

Hi, Great extension.

I have a request but I don't know where to post it.

Can you write an extension that have a button on the toolbar and when we pressed it will hide all the toolbars (menubar/navigation bar/ bookmarks bar/ tabbar/ statusbar...).

So only remains the main navigation area. It is like the video window of the bsPlayer or media player classic (when you press 3 while Media Player Classic is open).

I am sure that kind of extension will be very usefull to enjoy a fullscreen browsing without going into a fullscreen.

Thanks for reading... Hope you'll do something..

Excellent sur Firefox 3 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

ça marche très bien sur Firefox 3

Good, but not what I was looking for Rated 4 out of 5 stars

While the extension performs its job quite well, it's been a bit misrepresented. I'm on Mac OS X, and the extension does not make Firefox behave like a full screen app, or like IE's Full Screen option would (i.e. usurping the entire screen, including the menu bar with the Apple menu and the Dock.) It merely sizes the window to maximum, while hiding all the toolbars and the status bar. While it is a good extension, anyone looking for true, complete fullscreen should give it a miss.

Use it for Slideshows! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is a VERY nice extension (Firefox Portable 3/Win2k).
Do not use it for the full screen only (though nice), but for the slideshow. It simply replaces PowerPoint!
Some tweeks (that could be explained better) will make your website a presentation!

doesn't work. Firefox 3, MacOSX Leopard. Full screen view never exits to normal view when edge of screen is touched with the mouse pointer. Broken.

This is really an awesome plugin. I'd give it full five stars if it weren't for https://launchpad.net/bugs/223370

Works like a charm. Hides absolutely all toolbars. With the mouse on the top edge - shows them all back, even allows to switch to another tab and still stay in the full mode. Perfect!

I really prefer Autohide - just works, hassle-free.

Really buggy in FF3b4. Tan bar stays at the top of the screen no matter what. Returning from full screen doesn't work on it's own (You have to go to the desktop or otherwise refresh the whole screen, then go back to Firefox) Sometimes a static image of the status bar stays on the screen and you have to refresh that part of the screen to get it to go away. Menu bar isn't accessible at all in wide screen (it seems like it should pop up at the top of the screen with the tab bar when you put your mouse over there)

Generally inferior to the default fullscreen implementation in the nightlies, except that the status bar in the nightlies doesn't appear when you mouse over a link.

Problem with vista aero theme Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Great addon but it doesnt work properly with the vista aero theme. When in full screen it still shows part of the tab bar

Love it...one suggestion Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Love the add-on. The only thing I'm wishing was there would be the ability to view only the tabs bar in firefox and none of the other toolbars.

Slide Show (S9) Not Possible Without It! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Fantastic add-on. No JavaScript required for turning your web page into a slide show. Great to see that "loss-free" vector graphics works for gradient themes in fuller screen. Keep up the great work.

Well done, but what a license! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works as advertised - should standard, thanks. But what extensive legalese for a simple free add on!
