Version 3.4 5.1 KB Works with Firefox 3.0 - 3.6.*

Moving 3.4 from RC to release. Clarifying some text in the settings dialog box, as well as a fix to only hide tabs when hiding other toolbars (which is the intended behavior).

Version 3.4rc1 4.1 KB Works with Firefox 3.0 - 3.6.*

This version is now tested for compatibility with Firefox's OS X support for fullscreen added in 3.6, try command-shift-F if you're on that platform.

Fixed bugs:
  1. Users with the option "Hide tab bar when only one tab open" set along with Full Fullscreen tab bar hiding would have a tab bar with 1 tab made visible on exiting fullscreen (expected behavior is to leave it hidden).

  2. Opening a new tab while in fullscreen made visible the tab bar regardless of Full Fullscreen "hide tab bar" setting (in some cases it seemed the tab bar disappeared again on its own in a couple seconds, but not always).

Version 3.3 4.1 KB Works with Firefox 3.0b5 - 3.5.*

Fixes a regression in 3.2 where full screen on startup didn't work (issue with my bug workaround code for the issue where the toolbar stays on top of the app, Mozilla bug #196714) ... turns out I handled the case where the bug is present, but left out the majority common case!

Version 3.1 4.1 KB Works with Firefox 3.0b5 - 3.0.*

Add back in tab bar hiding from 2.x version

Version 3.0 4.1 KB Works with Firefox 3.0b5 - 3.0pre

Now that Fx 3 uses OS scrollbars instead of XUL widgets, I can't use CSS styling to hide scrollbars (a feature in previous versions). My plan is to incorporate some XPCOM libraries to change window styling using the proper APIs. Also, the tab bar is always present when you disable auto-hide (assuming you have multiple tabs open, that is). If you want this hidden, just use the native Fx 3 fullscreen auto-hide. I use this plugin for a kiosk screen with one tab, no tab bar, where I don't want any other toolbars. If you want more features, there may be another add-on better suited to your needs. Oh, and patches are always appreciated.

Version 2.0 5.1 KB Works with Firefox 2.0 - 2.0.0.*

Bumping up to 2.0 because of the new features: auto-hiding the nav-bar, hiding scroll-bar.

Note: the scroll-bar hiding isn't perfect, especially if the site being viewed is messing with the CSS for the scroll-bar. If you see a half-visible scroll-bar after turning the feature on/off, try loading a few more pages (not reloading) or restart the browser.

Version 1.5 4.1 KB Works with Firefox 1.0 - 2.0.0.*

Add support for Firefox 2.0.
