FoxVox requires that you accept the following End-User License Agreement before installation can proceed:
Non-commercial and non-military use of FoxVox ONLY. The restriction is due to the third-party Mbrola Project's license. See 2) below.
For business use FoxVox Pro is offered as an alternative with support for high-quality voices by Cepstral. For details see:

3) The included wave player for Windows, wv_player, is freeware and distributed with written permission from the author. If you want to distribute it separately from FoxVox then you need to contact the author for permission. Run the wv_player for author information.
