Newest release does not work Rated 3 out of 5 stars

In any version of FF: the needed javascript file on betaextension.fleck.com does not exist. Developer has not responded over 2 months of inquiries.
Really sad, because this is a great functionality for group.s

A part of Plexo? Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Upon viewing the html source, Fleck uses javascripts coming from Plexo - a company that harvests email addresses, birthdays, etc. to supposedly help you keep your email address book up-to-date. I am very suspicous of Plexo. Now I am suspicious of Fleck. I made two annotations on a testsite that I'm working on and those annotation were made public. I tried to change them to private but it was too late. I repeatedly tried to deleted those notes but it ignored - even though I was the author of the note. These annotations seem to be forever persistent and no way to clean them up. I even became a register user to try and delete or modify the notes - not working. There doesn't appear to be a way to filter the annotations by a specific set of co-worker submitters - thereby weeding out the public. Even though Fleck is still in beta and they have a cheap $2.99/mo fee for 'unspecified' extra features, I just can't get past the association with what I consider a data mining company - Plexo.

Neat Idea, but too cumbersome Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Fleck is a great idea, but it is too cumbersome, and leads to a huge loss of load speed. It looks nice, but simply isn't very practical. I'm uninstalling the extension.

Logout Problem Rated 3 out of 5 stars

For whatever reason opening the annotation bar causes the page to refresh, beyond seeming like a useless action that wastes my time and bandwidth, and prevents most low-speed internet users from being able to utilize this extension, it causes me to be logged out of all the pages I\'ve tried so far, all based on phpbb at some point, but this is a major problem that needs to be fixed; likely it can be done by removing the need to refresh.\r\n\r\nThe block on annotating ssl pages is also aggravating, and though logical should be an option that can be disabled.\r\n\r\nThese problems have prevented me from actually using the extension, but from the example pictures it looks fine, visually at least.
