Fix for YouTube Rated 5 out of 5 stars

If you're using AdBlock (Plus or Edge) add this custom filter to fix youtube (eliminates need to whitelist). I have only tested this in FireFox 34.0.5:

youtube.com##div#theater-background.player-height
