Replicates itself! Rated 3 out of 5 stars

When you first install this extension, it sits at the bottom of the tab context menu. If you use Menu Editor to move it up in the context menu, the menu item will replicate itself when you hover the mouse over it! Great idea, needs work.

Nice extension ! Only for me seems to work only with 4 (!) Colors: Red, Blue, Green & Yellow.

Please Expand the color possibilities and Make it also compatible with Firefox 3 (!) and with Seamonkey. (Up to version Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008050302 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre ! )

Keep Up the good work !

Nice idea but... a problem Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I get multiple "Flagtab Options" menu items when I right-click on a tab. The number of these "Flagtab Options" increases every time I right-click, so it soon becomes unmanageable.

Initially there is one occurrence, and I got it up to about 12 before I uninstalled the extension.

I have about 100 extensions loaded, so can't determine (and can't be bothered to find out) which one it interferes with (or interferes with it?)

You may try checking your extension against "Tree Style Tabs" by Shimoda Hiroshi.

bug: Changing other tab's color will change current tab wrongly. I'm using Tabmixplus.

nice idea, but fix this: Rated 3 out of 5 stars

excellent idea for an extension -- I've been looking for something like this for a long time. ColorfulTabs is useless because it's random, ChromaTabs is much better because it changes the colour based on the favicon, but this one is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to use this to separate the tabs I have open that are work related, and the ones that are open that are personal or for fun.

The only problem is that there is a huge flaw: You can only set the colour of the tab that is IN FOCUS. You cannot right-click another tab that is not in focus and set the colour. Doing that will change the tab that is in focus, no matter which tab you right-click. Please fix this.

Also, some sort of custom colour picker would be nice. The colours currently available are super tacky and when you select blue, it makes it hard to read the black text on it.

Maybe give the option for the user to create custom categories and give them colours rather than just simply say Red, Blue, Green, etc.
So Red can be Work, Green can be Play or Fun, Blue can be Personal, etc etc. Obviously the user should be able to specify whatever text they want.

Another idea would be to give the option to change the colour of the text as well.

Other than that.. keep up the good work. It will be an great extension once you fix at least my first suggestion.

Wow, I've been waiting for an extension like this forever! I created a login just so I could install it...It works great. Two things though. If you have multiple tabs open and you have the little arrow thing to scroll left or right with and you click on it to many times it causes the current tab to change colors. Also, the colors aren't restored after Firefox crashes.

Other than those two things...it works great!

Elegant addition! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I wanted a long time this nifty little extension: an elegant way to mark specific tabs.
It works well with Tab Mix Plus and with the Compact Classic theme.
My only wish for the next version: custom colors, to set softer shades for nice pastel look…
