Very nice! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very good add-on. Honestly, I don't see why all the negative reviews. I use it on Firefox 34 and it works just fine. This add-on alerts you to do a quick exercise every 30 minutes, or whenever you want. Some are more common, like pus-ups, while others are a little more obscure. You can also track the exercises with RunKeeper, FitBit and DailyMile. My only dream for this add-on is if you could choose what part of the body the stretches stretch, such as arms, legs, neck, back, shoulders, etc. Other than that, excellent add-on. And if you STILL need a reason to get it, studies have shown that sitting for long periods of time can lead to breast cancer and colon cancer. So therefore, by using this add-on, you just might save your life.

Doesn't work in Firefox 31.1 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I use it in chrome and it's great - but I really want it in Firefox, and it doesn't work for Firefox! Which seems silly. I emailed their support and got no response at all. Hopefully they fix it, and if they do, I'll write a new, glowing review.

V3.5.1 does not work Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This Add-on was very good and it worked fine but since version 3.5.1 it does not work anymore. For a while I was able to use the old version 3.5 but after updating to Firefox 22.0 this version does not work either.I would give it 5 stars but at the moment the add-on does not work. Please fix it.
