Reviews for Firefox Color
Firefox Color by Mozilla Firefox

by watt, 2 years agoV.92 was recently foisted on us. I had Firefox set to pick up my system colors for the toolbar area. V.92 turned it to default light gray and I cannot find the setting to get the system colors back.
Firefox Color is a reasonable workaround. But I prefer the simplicity of the former "pick up system color" setting (wherever it was).
Also, why are the settings for Firefox Color on the web rather than in the program itself (saved somewhere in a .json or similar file)? When the next update is forced down our throats, will we have to reset everything in Firefox color manually?

- Rated 3 out of 5by FrozenRose816, a month agoI really like this feature, but there is one thing I would like it to have: the capability to choose to make the toolbar, tabs and address bar transparent. On my screen when I add a custom background image I only see about a half-inch of it because the toolbar, search/address bar and tabs have to be a color which covers up most of the image. I would like to be able to make them all transparent as people do with custom themes, or better yet to adjust the percentage of transparency when choosing a color to make it even more customizable.

preset themes are ugly and visually troublesome,
in custom backgrounds scrolling is very laggy
reverting all changes does NOT revert them; it sets them to some set of basic light theme colors, despite that you have still dark theme activated in firefox!

- Rated 1 out of 5by AuntTammie, 2 months agoI had a custom theme saved & it still shows that it's there, but it won't actually allow it to be put on my screen. I HATE the preset ones as I can't see them well at all & some literally make me physically ill. I NEED to be able to keep the one that I have had for a long time that suddenly disappeared.
