For python cookielib users, you need to add a header line to cookies.txt, just this on the first line:
# Netscape HTTP Cookie File
Python's cookielib was not able to parse the output. It gives a 'does not look like a Netscape format cookies file' error.
It is not "very useful", it is indispensable, neccessary and live without it is a pain :)
Always loved it. Still love it. Especially now that you can specify the destination.
Works a treat! The simplest, most useful add-on I've seen in some time. Saved the day for me with a WGET download. Thanks!!!
Thanks, it was just what I needed to get wget working. (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64))
Best for WinHTTrack and Vista. (Proxy mostly doesn't work)
thank you for this excellent replacement for allcookies for ff3 users!!! ITS GREAT I DONT KNOW WHY IT IS NOT A STANDARD FEATURE IN FF3 CONSIDERING WE HAVE SQLITE DB NOW INSTEAD OF OLD STYLE COOKIES.txt
