The Engage Social Service allows individuals to discover and share content on social networks. Engage Social allows businesses to use the Service to allow visitors to their site to discover and share content on social networks.
What information do we collect?
Sign In: When you sign in using a social network, the Service collects your social network information based on the permission screen that you approve as part of signing in using a social network. This may include your first and last name, e-mail address and social contacts. This Sign In process also gives the Service the permission to post to the social network on your behalf and collect analytics about your social posts. If you choose, you can also add an email address that can be used to contact you.
IP Address: An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider or your company. The web servers, including ours, automatically identify your computer by its IP address when you visit the Site or Service.
How do we use your information?
Contact E-mail address: If you provide your email address, we will use this to suggest social posts that you can make using the Service, send you the analytics from your social posts and content that you subscribe for. We may also use your contact e-mail address for system updates and site maintenance. We may also send you e-mail messages informing you of our products, new features and services, special offers and updated information that we believe may be of interest to you. We will promptly take steps to delete information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13.
