This just never appears. Possibly being blocked by Classic Theme Restorer? Not sure. But there is no timer control, that's for sure.
Sorry, the recent versions of Firefox doesn't have status bar so the icon cannot appear.
Nice add-on! I used it for a year now and i love the simpleness.
Sadly, some time ago (could be weeks) the icon disappeared and so i cannot use the timer. I looked for it in all toolbars and the "more tools"-dialog, reinstalled the add-on and tried it with a different profile but the icon is still missing.
The best timer I have found. Would be perfect if it was able to save my most frequently used timers.
Your idea is great, I add it to my todo list. :)
Very nice, simple and cute addon!
Is it possible to indicate the actual time hh:mm:ss and the remaining time on hovering?
In this case it'll take less place and will be more useful.
I mean, that actual time it'll always show, and remaining - when it is submitted
Hi, thank you for your review and your proposal, I will surely do this in the next version.
Ok - corrijo mi valoracion, ahora esta perfecto!! (Y).
Come on now :P I want to set a timer for an hour and a half lol. Seems silly to have to type 5400 seconds instead of just 90 minutes. Also makes it very hard to just glance over and see how much time I have left. I'm not so quick at dividing 4844 by 60 in my head. I just installed this, so that's the only real feedback I have so far. Otherwise, it seems like a straightforward, simple to use add-on.
Edit: I don't use the add-on bar on the bottom, to save real estate. So I moved the Egg Timer icon to my navigation bar at the top of the browser. It does not behave well up there at all. It flashes/jumps every time it counts down a second. Sometimes it jumps down behind my bookmark bar so you can only see the top half. Sometimes it disappears altogether for a second or two. This is pretty distracting, constantly seeing this jumping icon out of the corner of my eye. The hunt for a Firefox timer continues.
Thank your for your review. I upgraded my addon to be more "human" readable. I didn't create this addon to be put in the top toolbar (due to a limitation of the Firefox framework) but in the next version, I can propose an option which disables the timer next to the icon.
Very simple and easy to use!
But some more features like multiple timers, and possibility to use minutes and seconds would make it perfect!
Thank you, to set minutes and seconds, you can install version which is way more usable.
Very good extension! Simple and effective. Mac with growl great!
