It just works, you right click and choose "update maps" and it does the magic updating all 4 external maps. Maybe it would be better if we could get the process automated like the Chrome version, but I don't really care if that functionality comes; I like this one just fine the way it is.
The first time I downloaded this addon it just threw errors, very vague errors, like "oops, something just broke :(".
After removing and reinstalling, it works like a fapping champ on Firefox 6.
When updating, either from the right click menu or the menu bar button, a successful update will give some lines of text telling you which of the four external map applications have been updated on the game screen.
Thanks! I'm glad it's working.
I'm always curious about those kinds of errors, and I'm forever confused as to what that error initially came from.
I wonder if it was actually Rulesy's plugin... https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/die2nite-map-tool-updater/
It seems like a great plugin, especially if it were as good as the Chrome one. Still, a problem exists: How do we find our Atlas Secure Key? It's not displayed on Atlas' site.
Sorry I wasn't clear about that. The plugin will find the secure keys itself.
I should probably remove the option of them being displayed at all, since as you point out, it's rather confusing. I expect to do that later.
