NO support, No contact info Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I even paid for the $29 upgrade. I resent the big waste of time spent trying and wishing for this to work. My usual fireFTP credentials don't work here. ALSO, the client app doesn't kill its process when I close it down. Wish they had a no-star option.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.1.1-signed).
I don't get it. I got a support page which I visit 3-4 times a week and contact info that isn't invisible at all and that works fine for all other users.
What super support are you expecting from a guy who did this in his evenings and are on parental leave? Having no problems giving you a refund of course, but with your attittude you shouldn't expect much support imo.
