"Make Link" has much more options yet it's still very simple Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I just discovered there's an addon that does the job and provides much more functionality, including the things I previously asked for from the developer of this addon.
It's called Make Link.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.1-signed.1-signed).

Great but the programmer seems not to have worked on it for a while Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is still one of my favourite and most useful addons...though it seems that it is no longer been updated.

As a request to Justin or whoever has the skills to continue his idea, it would be GREAT to have the option to add more stuff to the created HTML link code....stuff like:

* target="_blank"
* class="external" (or whatever, just to link to a different CSS styling)
* title="blah blah" (customisable, so we could put stuff like "This link will open in a new window" or whatever)
* etc

I find it strange that this idea was not carried out in greater extends. Maybe not many people discovered this addon or thought of the possibility of its existence? If I could program I would work on it but I don't, so all I can do is make this request.

EDIT:
OSXBeta, I don't have the same problem with the "copy as HTML" entry, and I have been using this addon for a very long time, up until now with FF 3.6.13. (Windows XP if it makes difference)

This is genious, thanks

Oh if you could add the option to prepare the links with target="_blank" (i.e. to open in new tabs), that would be cool!

EDIT: And maybe even to prepare it with something like class="external" (with "external" being modifiable if possible)- for those making links with icons indicating that they are external (like Wikipedia).

In any case this is one of the neatest addons I've installed!
