- Rated 2 out of 5by SteffoSpieler, 13 days agoworks, but having ads in an extension is just not awesome. At all.
- Rated 1 out of 5by smow, a month agoPutting ads in webextensions is just another level of unpleasant experience. I get that they may not be intrusive and they're small, but they 1) will appear again after refreshDays has passed; 2) will appear in 24 hours if an ad was dismissed. Maybe update repository/extension pages so that people won't be surprised if they suddenly face an ad in here, or something.

posted a month agoI am sorry you feel this way. I prefer going this route, as I would never sell user data or chose other means of monetizing my extension which may put user privacy or user thrust in jeopardy. At least now you can continue to enjoy Cookie-Editor knowing that your privacy is safe and that I will be able to justify putting more effort in this product that so many people enjoy and use to boost their productivity. I am always considering my options and ads might come and go with time depending on my needs. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18118147, a month ago

posted a month agoYes, Cookie-Editor does contain small non intrusive ads at the top. You can dismiss them and the same ad won't show up anymore.
Rest assured that Cookie-Editor still remains completely offline and no data is shared anywhere. I've put a lot of effort making sure Cookie-Editor could provide the best experience possible.- Rated 5 out of 5by Kjetil Torgrim Homme, 3 months agoSimple and quick. Would wish the overview of the cookies could be configured to have more information (e.g. domain) to make them easier to navigate.
Edit: Thank you for implementing!Developer response
