I like the colors, and it's really usefull (at least for me). I always open a lot of tabs in Firefox (I am spendin 10 hours online daily), and this add-on helps me find some of the tabs easily. Thanks!

Hello you can do what you want, domains are matched in order, and domain names are RegExps (www.regular-expression.info). So you can set 1st color for all domains: .+ then for first domain, like all Google services: ^.+?\.google\.com then e.g. for Gmail: ^mail\.google\.com and the effect is that you have all tabs in one color, except google services in another, except Gmail in yet another color. It works for me(tm).

Spybot - False Positive? Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Hi.
First of all, I have to say I did like it.
Though my daily scan with the common used program SpyBot Search & Destroy told me I was infected.
And the name of this virus was... ColorfulTabs.

I really didnt understund it, since FireFox them self are recommending ColorfulTabs.

Though, acording to Spybot, this program can see what you type inside your browser, such as usernames and password, what you search on and what websites you are visiting.

All my other addons isnt like this, so its not just cause its a addon inside a Browser its suspected.

So, its up to you to choose, did SpyBot find a False Positive? Or is it more dangerous then you think?

I do trust it, but I did uninstall it untill ive done some Further investigation.

(For the record, I also use another virus program called SUPERantispyware, also a pretty common used one, wich also warned me about it).

Decent Extesion but lacking one feature Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I think this extension is a great idea and it's the only one that lets you colourize by domain. The problem is that it still randomly colorized the non-domain tabs and often picks colours that are the same as the domain defined colours. It would be nice if there were an option to ONLY colourize the "preset domain" tabs and NOT colourize the other tabs randomly.

I've tried playing around with the "advanced" options to try and turn off or mute the random colours but that doesn't seem to work.

Otherwise, nice extension. Nice and light, not feature bloated.

It's a good addon to mark tabs.

But I suggest : add a category color and add domains in a category.

It's only a suggestion.

No Colour in Tabs? Rated 2 out of 5 stars

The last 2 versions don't work for me anymore, the tabs don't show any colour. I can't understand what's gone wrong.

Sadly it doesn't look very good under Mac OS X.

Love it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

...especially version 3.4. It makes it much easier for me to keep track of which pages have or are loading. I've been using this add-on ever since I discovered FF, & it just keeps getting better. I wouldn't be without it; it's one of my favourites.

More options Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It would be helpful to be able to colorize only specific domains and not all tabs. A user-defined palette would also be helpful. It looks nice, but more complete configuration would help to organize tabs.

Excellent to help distinguish tabs from each other.

So simple, yet improves web surfing dramatically. That's exactly what I expect from an addon, any addon.

Arrow down stops in Gmail Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Enjoy the new colors.

But when I am scrolling through my spam folder using the down arrow key (the email is 'selected', not just scrolling down on the page), it just stops before I get to the end and won't let me go any further.
