by Firefox user 14510489, a year agoThe fact that additional addons/software/extensions needs to be installed for this extension to work is too much. Then after installing the necessary components, the extension doesn't register the installation so it doesn't work. When trying to leave feedback in the intrusive survey popup window, the Google Form errors out so you can't even let the devs know about improvements (LOL). It's all too much and wastes too much time.
For Users: Just download PowerToys.
For the Devs: You could learn a thing or two from the Chrome Extension "Smart Color Picker". Your extension is unnecessarily complicated.

I have one issue, and one request. The issue: I am running the latest Firefox with Windows 11 on a Dell Inspiron 16 7610 (11th Gen Intel Core i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz [multicore boost enabled] and 16GB onboard RAM) with native display (3072 x 1920). Yet, when using the magnifying cursor, the response is *EXTREMELY* laggy - almost 3/4 second to update. I would think with the amount of horsepower I have available, lag should be negligible. Is it a problem with integration, or does the extension not benefit from multi-core/multi-threading?
My Request: Is there any way you can add a Export feature to automatically dump each selected color (by name) with its color info? This would be much easier than having to manually copy each color's info to the clipboard or typing it in manually to save it.
Thanks! Keep up the good work. As a programmer who started back in 1981, I have seen MANY programs over the years. I love the ones that simply do what they are intended to do, and do it well.
Yours is now one of those. God bless you and yours. - Rated 5 out of 5by shubhro, 2 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Grim76, 3 years agoThis addon is almost perfect, since I'm colorblind. The only thing I wish it did was have a hue along with the name of the color. Some have it like Slate Grey or Resolution Blue. But others like Zombie or Martini I have no idea what they are or what's even similar to them.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14046267, 4 years agoIt could have been a good one, if the window that opens were to be flexible, sizable and movable, and if it were not to change the whole display of the website.
Once I activate it in order to pick up a color from the website, the website is immediately turns large and distorted and the color menu is stuck at the button of the page and cannot be moved or downsized, which is very bothering.
They should fix this window size issue and resolve the whole negative effects on view. It should simply just output the colors in an easy way.Developer response
