This is really a wonderful extension.
There is no way to exclude some bitmaps from processing. Something like a 'do not change these bitmaps' option. Currently we have add extra bitmap images, but not remove. Remove & list options would be great (similar to current add & list).
In some websites, we need to process some of the images but not all (the logo etc. gets processed and make the site look ugly.
there is indeed an option to exclude bitmaps from processing. Each square in the background colors either represents a color or a bitmap. Use the magnifying glass next to the colored squares to get a preview of each background color/bitmap. If unsure hover with the mouse over a square to display a bigger view. Then drag the square (either from the magnified or the ordinary squares) to the "do not change..." section.
On the second tab you can set more general options for the bitmap selection.
And finally you can specifically include bitmaps by dragging them to a new section.
If you have further questions then I recommend putting it up in the support group.

Awesome extension. A real saver of the eyes. But on gmail, the css parsing does not complete (and not able to edit), else would have given five stars! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.14.1-signed.1-signed).
this is an error that you found, and you were the first. :-)
Sorry for that. I identified it and will correct it in a a future release. Won't promise a date for the release though yet.
Thank you for reporting.
