I absolutely Love COIL.com Monetization!! Like OmG As a Twitch affiliate and Moderator for Many Other Twitch streamers, The CoiL_Twitch_Bot and Monetizing through coil membership is hands down the SMARTEST and BEST financial investment I have Ever made for my content creation ad streaming career. Coil in Bit cheers has WITHOUT QUESTION given back more than x5 my initial investment. In the half a month since i registered with Coil, I have already seen a Pay back in my own stream of 1500bits ($15), and anywhere from 100-600bits in over 10 other streamers channels that I Moderate for and spend varying amounts of time WIth ALL For the measly $5 a month it cost me to become Monetized with coil. Seriously people, IF you are a Content Creator and you Are not Using Coil monetization then you are clearing doing it wrong. Also if you are a Twitch streamer and You want the added Boost too your coil_twitch_bot rewards as well as the push other twitch streamers to your streamers sign up for _---> https://viewerstorm.com/?refid=2215

I really like the idea of contributing to an ad-free web while supporting content-creators!

The extension is great; it would be even greater if it showed the mount of money given, (or the time spent) per web-monetized website.

A great way to support services and creators based on how you use it, some even remove ads or provide bonuses if you're supporting them via Web Monetization.

The Web Monetization API and this extension acts as the gateway toward an ad-free internet.

I've seen a review that mentions this asks for very wide permissions, and it's partially true but this isn't the fault of Coil. Coil needs to access the page to get the Interledger Pointer, Firefox does not have a granular enough permission system to only request access to the head of the document, or to not request access input fields or password fields. These concerns should be passed to Mozilla, not Coil.

The ad-free-Web begins with Coil and the Web Monetization API standard. When millions of people start buying 1 latte a month to split across the sites they get value from, the Web is going to be a better place for everyone.
