I'm using Clustertabs to be connected with my professional network, to share purchasing algorithms for b-2-b solutions. I don't yet understand all its features but I found this to be helpful. It would also be good to later introduce private clusters.

I give 4 stars for a good idea. But I'm also missing an option to mark a cluster as private. I didn't also find a solution to re-arrange those icons. If you could build in these features, I could be very happy with this add-on.

I installed this as I thought it would be the solution that I was looking for, to help me to organise the many tabs that I have open at one time. I was expecting it to allow me to arrange them and treat them as clusters.

Unfortunately, I installed this and when I created my first cluster, I was shocked to find that without any warning whatsoever, the two PRIVATE pages which I had clustered, were automatically posted annonymously online PUBLICLY for all to see and browse. The two pages that I chose to cluster, were my webserver hosting control panel and my VPS Parallels control panel. This pages were never intended to be shared with anyone and I feel VERY DISSAPPOINTED that Mozilla have allowed me to be decieved on their website, in this way.

If my servers are hacked, I will be analysing carefully the source of the attack and if I find that the attacker located my page through this addon, I will be sueing cluster, Mozilla or both for breach of confidentiality.

I have now removed the addon, but can't find any facility to removed my pages from the cluster website. I checked also the options of this addon - there are none!

How to remove a tab

1. we tried very hard to make sure that people realize that cluster links are public. it is all over our blogs/sites/videos- in addition this comment shows up every page "This page is public and has been published anonymously by a user, it has been viewed x times. "
As a new user please let us know who you would communicate to the user so that they are aware that all links are public ?
email us at team@clusterurl.com
or
http://getsatisfaction.com/clusterurl

2. there is a little x to the top right of every tab that will remove it from the cluster tab.

3. Only the links are public history and credentials are complete private and are saved on the users machine and is not saved by our service

Having said that- we are working on a private clusters.

I'm using Clustertabs now to build my ever growing personal home page, constantly adding sites that I like.

I'm not so fond of the Google ads but they are small and hey, the tool is free.

I don't yet understand all its features but I found this to be helpful http://www.clusterurl.com/about/

One concern is lack of registration, what happens if I lose my computer: how do I get my clustertabs back? But maybe I have missed something.

So all in all - 2 thumbs up

getting clustertabs back

All you have to do it bookmark your clustertabs (anonymous) web address that you'll see in the address bar with an internet bookmarking service like xmarks or del.icio.us and you'll be able to access them from anywhere.

We have personalized cluster tabs in our roadmap which will enable you to register your email to have a twitter type page of all your clusters soon too.

Happy Clustering!

I habe used almost every tabbing available on the firefox add-on's network. Clluster tabs is the best I've ever experienced. It's easy to manage your tabs into clusters and retrieve them whenever you want.

Thank you. I like it!!!

Very Useful Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I tried almost every tabbing add-on available on the firefox add-on's network. I download cluster tabs last week it's great, it so easy to organize your tabs into clusters and call them up later. it works in conjunction with all of the other tab add-ons i still use (FoxTab, Reframeit and TabPreview) Tip: I bookmark my clusters and sync them online via xmarks, i find it easier then searching for them online. the posting to twitter is a nice add-on. it would be even better if it shortened the url similar to tinyurl.

Thanks
Keep it up

Finally! A great way to manage tabs! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I'm really enjoying Cluster Tabs and it's working fine in both Firefox 3.0.10 and Firefox 3.5pre.

It's very easy to learn and use and it has really helped me to cleanup my tabs and it allows me to access the sites that I cluster quickly, and easily.

I'm anxiously awaiting new features and future releases.

Thanks for developing this!

Wonderful tool for research purposes, where you have multiple sources of information. Now you can wrap them all together and share them with your colleagues.

Also great to group my "frequently visited" web sites so I can access them easier and faster.
