Clipmarks Update Needed! Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I love Clipmarks! Please update so that it actually works again. Amplify lacks an e-mail feature.

I like this add-on.
It makes printing a much convenient thing to do.

没什么 Rated 1 out of 5 stars

但是就是没有什么作用!

this used to be a cool tool to save articles from web but they ruined it with the meaningless 1000 character limit.

Turned out to be a useless tool and I thought it would be something much better than Aardvark.

Poor website and design. Way too bloated. There are much better alternatives out there, e.g., Evernote which works on mobile devices too.

Waste my time...

great so far. But it will be even more handy if we can clip by dragging to select an area.

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

It works, but it is very limited.
Only 1000 letters or characters.
To save 1 web page I have had to create 3 clip notes pages, and a fourth just for the pictures.
When Firefox updated I left this one out.

Overbloated Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Just way overbloated for a seemingly simple problem. I guess the developers want to emphasise a web 2.0 app rather than helping you clip and save notes. Their interfaces are just way too clanky, I hated the experience.

This add-on works perfectly. It works in Internet Explorer 8 too. I love this add-on. Keep up the good work.

Clipmarks is way too bloated for its purpose. It targets at becoming a social networking site more than helping users manage content.

Useless...

1000 character limit is bogus Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I used to use clipmarks quite a bit to save content i did not want to disappear. Now that they limit to 1000 characters, and will not allow anything more than that, even for private clips, this service is useless.

PLEASE correct your mistake clipmarks!

You make this look so simple and easy I thought I had found the answer to a very tiring problem with some copy/paste issues on some web pages! However!, I just tried it and it was no better! DID NOT include all highlighted areas...tried 3 times! Did NOT keep original formatting of what DID save and there is no option to save it on a word document or photo editing program etc...on your own personal computer! Email, print...or post to such and such ONLY! What is the use? There are several different sections of web pages I'd like to just copy and paste into a word document for my own personal use and can't do it! Fix this and I'll give it a 5 star rating...it stays as is? You get the 1 and I remove the add-on!

I like to save clips of web pages using the functionality provided by Acrobat toolbar for Internet Explorer. Using Clipmarks add-on for Firefox I can do the same but most of the clip style is lost.

Additionally I found that using this add-on bloggin function is the best and easiest way to post clips in my blog hosted by Blogger.

1000 character limit Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I was also very surprised and unhappy about the 1000 character limit in the newest release. Please allow larger clips for private use again. Thank you.

1000 words limit Rated 1 out of 5 stars

It's not possible to clip sites with more than 1000 words, which was possible before - if saved privately. But the new add-on bypasses the option to clip it privately and doesn't allow saving bigger texts. This is a major turn-off. Please, bring back the old add-on interface.

Evernote Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Evernote does everything this does and better without the hassle.
