Multiprocess(e10s) Rated 4 out of 5 stars

If you need support of multiprocess(e10s) use AutocopySelection2Clipboard

good but not perfect Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It's a good addon but not perfect.

Annoying is that it also autocopies the address from the URL bar, if clicking in for typing in a new URL.
Please deactivate this behaviour (or implement a switch for it in the settings)!

This addon causes high CPU usage of Firefox. About 2-3% which is unacceptable when idle.

Bad point:I would also copy text in a form.

Simple, functional add-on Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Good add-on, works as the description says and that's fine for me.

Best among AutoCopy addons, but ... Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This definitely (is) used to be the best auto-copy of all available auto-copy add-ons, but it could be a lot better by just adding one small feature - to avoid auto-copying of selected text when holding certain hot-key. This would make it much more useful, since even I increased auto-copy value, very often it happens to me that when I select text to be overwritten with other text I end up with it being auto-copied instead of overwritten.

Also I've just managed to define what is irritating me so much with this extension. From time to time (as far as I've noticed after browser wasn't restarted for several hours of usage) it simply starts copying text in much shorter period than one defined in options.

I like it more than AutoCopy~

I like the idea but... Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I like the idea of selective auto-copy, but I found it hit and miss on how well it actually worked. It seemed that copying text that was in a form field would always copy instantly, ignoring the 1 second wait time I had set. Similarly anything highlighted in the location or search boxes is copied instantly, which makes this pretty useless when trying to replace text in one of those boxes with what you just copied.

It works just fine!

I tested and it works as it supposed to work. The time delay works perfectly in plain text as well in forms and addresses bar.

Great addon but with a HUGE BUG Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This is the perfect autocopy addon compared to the others, because it lets you use the autocopy function only whenever you need it in the most efficient and fastest way possible.
For instance If you want to use both the autocopy function and edit the texts you are writing in the text fields, this addon is the only way to do it.

BUT i have discovered a huge bug which makes it pretty useless for me: it prevents the middle click paste of copied text into the text field of the findbar. You can middle click paste the text in the urlbar and the searchbar, but not in the findbar.

Now the thing is that if you enable in the about:config panel the setting middlemouse.paste, the middle click paste works fine in the findbar while using this addon,BUT whenever you restart the browser this addon automatically disables the middlemouse.paste and the middle paste in findbar stops working again.

I have tested the above in a clean profile of FF,with the Middle Click Paste setting in the addon, both enabled and disabled, and the problem remains the same in all the instances. The middle click paste in the finbar doesnt work and the middlemouse.paste setting resets to false when i restart the browser.

Please, could the developer fix this problem so that middle paste works in the findbar as well? or at least if there is a way to prevent the addon from changing the middlemouse.paste setting in the about:config into false whenever i restart the browser?

Otherwise i cant use this addon which is shame because as i said it is the perfect autocopy addon. :/

ps.i cant use the right click context menu to paste the text in the findbar because it doesnt appear when i use the Autohide Findbar addon which i need it.But to clarify, that has nothing to do with ClickCutter's bug because as i said this bug appears in a clean profile with only ClickCutter installed,so it has nothing to do with other addons.

Nice addon. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I like it. Useful, but 1 missing feature that would put it over the top. I currently copy paste certain things from around the internet, then past the bits into a text file for later reading. If you could make a 1 step function that automatically APPENDED a copy with ClickClutter onto the end of a specified TXT file, that would be amazing. Preferably with image support for RTF files, but, that isn't highly important. Just the text, automagically added to the end of a TXT file would save so much clicking!

good product ruined by nags Rated 2 out of 5 stars

I would give this 5 stars for function, but the excessive nag screens leads me to hope to persuade people not to use this extension. There are alternatives, just without the timer function.

not really true

first of all the notification alerts is a part of the product you use for FREE. Second , the notifications alerts are not excessive at all because the alert shows up only once every 30 days. How excessive is that? Third, and most important the timer function is the biggest deal of this add-on and what makes autocopy command much better than any other similar add-on on the market.

Not impressed Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I found it unwieldy and I didn't like it nagging at me to buy the commercial version. I can understand why it had the auto-search too but I also found that just to not be all that great either. I have switched to a competing add-on and that one just works smoothly and silently.

It would be great if added autocopy via double click or triple click but still is very useful addon.Edit:Thank you very much for adding this option (maybe I didn't realized that you added this option before), but I have another request. I will send you on your website. Thanks again.

it works

It actually makes a copy on a double or triple click

I got this to replace the currently defunct "AutoCopy" and I am very pleased. Please keep up the good work.

would you please change it for don't Autocopy? It should float a icon, will copy when I click the icon instead of Auto Copy. You may refer the addon of chrome: Copy without formatting.

Really nice little addon with a great feature that gives you ability to set the timing of when to copy highlighted text. I do agree with Tony Klein that it would be great to be able to disable autocopy in text and search boxes. Another feature that I would personally find very useful is if there was an option to set it to copy only plain text instead of the html

Great add-on. One feature request: it would be great if there was an option to disable autocopy altogether in search/text boxes.

About those "User notification" popups, you might should consider the possibility of doing away with them for people who donate. That seems like a fair deal

It's already done

There is no need for "disable autocopy function". The whole purpose of this add-on is to copy only text you need to copy. If you do not want to copy in text/search boxes then do not instruct ClickCutter Autocopy to make a copy. It's simple as that.
