Is this add-on still in development? It needs to be ported to Firefox 57.
Too comlicated. Single click NOT supported. Poor usability.
Very good console for fast access, Thanks a lot!
Currently not working on my machine with Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
Not sure if another add-on is affecting this one.
Very convenient console for quick access. Thank you!
Great work thanks guys. Great for remote for me
To get it to work, I had to uninstall it and remove then close browser, restart and reinstall. Now its clearing history.
Update: I spoke too soon, it worked one time, then it stopped working. I'm going to remove it, not worth the hassle.
I really loved this add-on but recently the clear all and restart has stopped working along with the history clear. Anyway we can get a quick fix Mr. Developer?
The only way to clear is using the built in firefox option.
Could you please check the latest version.
It does not work for Firefox. It does not clean storage now.
this particular add on is very useful in case of a multiuser system or browser . it also specifies the time duration for clearing data which is helpful.
Since clearing all net related data is possible under one icon its more easy but it would be better if it would not clear the recent system cache
very good add on
When is the new update coming?
Although this doesn't do anything Firefox doesn't already do, this addon provides quick access to various functions and a menu to delete personal information from your browser. It is efficient in this respect as you do not need a separate addon with separate buttons for every field; however, it very notably neglects LSOs, so use this in conjunction with the "Better Privacy" addon.
Works well, but has a glaring omission: the ability to delete Flash Cookies (flash local storage objects).
Also, it would be nice to be able to click the button to perform a 'Clear All' instead of getting a drop-down menu.
Unfortunately, without the ability to delete Flash LSOs, it doesn't do enough.
You really should be more specific about the end users "Show Clear Options" and have that sync with the Clear All and Restart. I expected when I unchecked what I unchecked that those would be ignored but nope. I'm basically running around the web now and settings up my logon permissions again. Tumblr is esp annoying as now I'm back to a million "reminder" popups on their web site, ALMOST enough annoyance for me to want to kill that account. So thanks for making my life a little more annoying... Your app does it's job well, I'll give you that but yea, the "Clear Options" and "Clear All and Restart" really should be synced
Works for me! ;-)... .
Works great. Simple, slim, unbloated, fast.
Thanks for prompt update for FF32.
Does however need a keyboard shortcut to the "Clear all & restart" function.
Please keep it up - it's essential to the proper functioning of any browser and should have always been native to all browsers!
Not working with Windows 7 and Firefox 30.0
Updated the add-on to support new versions of firefox
Thanks for the support.
It can delete cache, cookies, history etc. individually but I just need one hand to delete everything: ctrl/alt/c. If you prefer, you can do the same with two clicks. Works great to test Apache configuration changes. I use v.1.10 since a month without a glitch on Firefox 24.6.0 on Debian 7 Wheezy (Iceweasel). Thank you, Rejah, for publishing this under the Mozilla Public License.
A really useful tool.. i like it
Very good, but there are still the suggestions of the sites i visited, can't i clear that with this?
Very useful tool for the intended purposes (clearing cache, history etc.). After firefox 29 version 1.10 has a small bug though (I assume its something to do with the plugin but it could be with firefox). If you put the icon in inside the new menu (the one with the 3 stripes) then clear console ocupies 2 squares, one with the icon and another with the words "ClearConsole" (it should be only one square right? only shou the icon?)
