- in PEM format view, reverse the RDN order for the subject and issuer names (to reflect the order as stored in the ASN.1 SEQUENCE)

- add workaround to handle certificates with empty subject or issuer names (when displaying PEM view)

- add support for exporting in PKCS#7 format, if patch for getPKCS7() has been applied (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315871)

- XPI file now signed (release versions >= 1.0 which display "Unsigned" during installation are not official releases!)

- bump minVersions to 1.5.0.4, where bug #321598 has been fixed (thus making the warning for Linux users obsolete)
