Why Did I Install This? Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Just installed and so far I've gotten three webpages where none of the accounts worked and one where the account was banned. The database is obviously outdated making this add-on virtually useless.

Auto-submit is crazy! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Whose bright idea was it to make this extension automatically submit login forms over and over by default?! I just installed it, and when I visited Scribd.com to get a PDF, this extension auto-submitted the login form over and over until the site blocked me for too many login attempts! I COULDN'T STOP the extension long enough to enable cookies, which was probably why the logins were failing! Every time the login form was submitted, Firefox popped up the "do you want to remember this login?" box, which took over the UI and closed any menus I was trying to access (like enabling cookies).

Such behavior should be an ADVANCED OPTION that is NEVER enabled by default, and is only allowed to be turned-on with a BIG FAT WARNING to the user that it may cause serious problems!

How could anyone think this was a good idea?!

Не работает. Большая часть аккаунтов уже мертвы. А на некоторых сайтах после попытки залогиниться - страница вообще перестает отображаться, просто пустая.

Bugmenot is a great concept, though most logins are faulty due to misuse of the website by users. Keeps trying new ids even though some websites ask for the CAPTCHA after a few failed logins..

Open ID Rated 4 out of 5 stars

If the purpose of this addon is to log into sites without creating an account, Open ID support would be a good idea to implement.

Might not always work as intended depending on how a site is coded, but that's to be expected. It's still capable of saving you some time and trouble every now and then.

Nope! not working! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I guess that makes me a "dick" too. I tried it on the sites it used to work on and it worked on none of them anymore. I liked it when it did work though...

Don't be such dicks, folks. For the sites that have logins listed on bugmenot, the extension works. Don't blame this extension for the "play nice with site owners" policy of bugmenot.com. There are alternatives but they don't have logins even for the most popular sites.

I spoke too soon. It WAS working and I recently tried it on a number of sites and it failed. I am dropping it from my collection as we speak. It was great while it lasted but now it has totally fallen apart.

Once great now nearly useless Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Once upon a time bugmenot was a useful add-on, now so many sites are 'blocked' from inclusion that it has become useless. Not recommended any longer.

Doesn't work. Found no site where accounts were working.

And if you sometime found one, its invalid. In the past where not many people used the add-on, it worked better. Now it's just crap.

NOT RECOMMEND!

It saves me time when browsing some forums with sh*tty registration.

By the way, https://addons.mozilla.org doesn't work ;)

Thanks a lot, guys!

we use this in conjunction with a bugmenot bookmarklet. (quick submit)

however, the new entry doesn't showup when you 'login' with the addon and we have to do it manually.

is there a way we can get it show up and work as usual or do we have to wait for a new update before it's 'database' is up to date too?

thank you for reading and sorry to bother you.
