Fondo negro con la hora en letras blancas. Excelente.
Standard New Tab opens either blank or thumbnails
I've installed this add-on but can't get it to work on a Firefox 42.0.1 in a MacBook Pro
I am on FireFox V38.01 and have never seen a clock popping up...
... and yes, still under Windows XP prof. SP3.
The pictures however are fine... :-)
Now that the pictures started showing up, this add-on is very good. I like having the clock where I can easily see it, and I like getting random background pictures because they are aesthetically pleasing.
I absolutely love this add-on.
Suggestion: with current version, I can select "random" backgrounds ONLY if I chose to get them from the online source. If I want to use my pictures, I can select just one. It would be great if I could choose a folder to pick random pics from.
I just love this addon. My wishlist contains adding more photos to use as background.
Simple to use. A few options won't harm but that don't stop me from giving it a full on.
it's does what it says on the tin.
let's have some format choices soon
Kudos for the great idea. However I'd like one of the following improvements made to the addon.
1. The clock gets shown in one of the tiles on the newtab page(like Opera)
2. (Alternatively) The clock should be resizable and coexist with the Tiles on the about:newtab page. Or, maybe a thin digital clock can be placed above the tiles.
3. (If 1 and 2 are undoable) Make the addon restartless. So, that I can start/stop it when I need to focus, and when I need my tiles on the newtab page.
With your talent, you could also consider making a new addon with feature 1 or 2 above.
Any chance to add a button that opens it in new tab, timestamp to paste and mouse over button to show time ?
I really like this add-on. I'd rather see this when opening a new tab than the logo of the browser theme or a blank page. Keep up the good work.
I really like this app. You can see the date and time when you go to pull up a new tab instead of just a blank image.
Все хорошо, но нельзя включить 24 часа.
Add please 24h clocks option!
Все хорошо но если бы не мигал или можно бы делать выбор цвета!
Everything is OK but if did not blink or it would be possible to make a choice of color
@mike and @imfego: Speak for yourselves. This is bloatware, not some kind of aids and isn't helpful at all. It just resides in your computer and eats your CPU resources. It had been a bad experience for me cos' it hung my browser since I installed it. Likewise, if you guys alike don't like my comments, then bug off.
@imfego: Obviously you are an ignorant and doesn't have any clue in what you are writing. Don't talk like you know everything about this addon. Btw, have you look at the codes? Yes, it's supposed to switch the background from black to white and vice-versa every 5 seconds interval -- not a bug you claimed to be. Because of this feature, it consumes unnecessary CPU resources and thus hangs Firefox and "makes it unusable like you said".
yes that is the function from that add-in. But when you wish to have a black one only, i can help out because i have changed it.
And these other guy which name i don't take in my mouth. Learn for yourself and go away when you don't unerdstand it, how many work it is to have something that works. You guys with such like comments as yours are stupid enough..because you can't work for your self. And then give comments without know how in the head. 5 thousend volts in the arms, but you can't switch on a little light in the head, tse...
Well maybe he is removing your comments because you're being a jerk with your attitude. The extension does what its page says, and it's stupid to be whining about its basic functionality.
I think the add-on has a problem with bg color twitching. I'm not sure if it is supposed to work like this or it's a bug, but in my case it's switching from black background to a white one, and then back to black all over again, which makes it unusable.
Like this!! I see people are complaining about frequently changing background, but somehow I like it. That's what the concept is, to constantly remind the user of time flying by.
This is a good add-on but I would also like to have an option to convert it to analog clock.
The power of simplicity. Just added it to my firefox and already loving it.
Time does fly, man. This addon does not stop time from flying but it keeps you informed about the altitude which it is flying at. :-)
To make it work with tab mix plus, add "chrome://clocktab/content/clocktab.html" to the 'load new tab address' in your tab mix plus settings.
I'm loving my new timekeeper. Have a couple of suggestions like 24 hr clock, changeable bg colors etc. but they don't stop me giving five stars. Good Job.
I'm always losing track of time when surfing on the web. Never again.
