Network Error Rated 1 out of 5 stars

So after months of trying to get in touch with the developer re: all the problems I've been having, I SUDDENLY get an e-mail.

Just when I think there's hope yet... the person I'm communicating with doesn't seem all there or isn't English speaking.

She tells me the full page capture doesn't work on the paid version, so there goes another sale down the tubes for them.

So it works on the free version, but NOT the paid version? LOL Okay, that makes logical sense to ME!!!

Now all of a sudden I can't take ANY screenshots at all b/c every time I try to save it, I get a Network Error.

It's been like this for 2 days now & no response when I e-mailed the person.

Since they don't respond to tickets or e-mails, I'm writing this here.

As of today, it no longer captures the full page.

Used to be a great add-on, terrible customer service though.

If I actually got someone who cared enough to respond to e-mails, I would have given them a 5.

I have written to 2 different e-mails or contact forms asking why I can't use the red arrow to point to something on a page more than once.

I had a feeling it was b/c I'm not using the paid version, but I wasn't sure, so I asked if this is the reason & asked a few other questions about their difference choices for the paid version & NOTHING.

So not only do they not respond back, clearly they don't care if they sell the upgrade.


Other than that, I love this add-on. I still haven't figured out how to use the Diggo portion of it, & now after reading the comments above, I see that the price comparison thing that keeps popping up is from THEM (for the life of me didn't know where it was coming from before LOL).
