Love Add-on, but no support Rated 3 out of 5 stars
If I actually got someone who cared enough to respond to e-mails, I would have given them a 5.
I have written to 2 different e-mails or contact forms asking why I can't use the red arrow to point to something on a page more than once.
I had a feeling it was b/c I'm not using the paid version, but I wasn't sure, so I asked if this is the reason & asked a few other questions about their difference choices for the paid version & NOTHING.
So not only do they not respond back, clearly they don't care if they sell the upgrade.
Other than that, I love this add-on. I still haven't figured out how to use the Diggo portion of it, & now after reading the comments above, I see that the price comparison thing that keeps popping up is from THEM (for the life of me didn't know where it was coming from before LOL).
