Not working in firefox 34.0.5.
Não funciona no Firefox 33.0 | No Work
Doesn't work anymore on 29.0, which lacks an addon toolbar.
A very important and superb addon, waiting for an updated version for Firefox 29.0
this addon is great and works well.. well, it workED well and now australis update has come and so you need to update this addon. now there is no addon bar (formerly statusbar) but you may need to give a drag&drop addons to (awesomebar) urlbar option.
Thanks for making this.
Hi Alopepeo. I apologize for writing this here, but you provide no other way of contacting you directly.
I just wanted to mention that my add-on, The Puzzle Piece, also moves the add-on bar to the location bar. This was a feature request by a user, and I did it because I was under the impression that both this and url-addon-bar were no longer being actively developed.
TPP already works in Australis (version 1.2.2 for full compatibility; it's in the queue at the moment awaiting review) and can also toggle autohide without needing another add-on.
Sorry again for writing this here, but I thought you would want to know. :)
Thanks for making this. Will it support new Australis (Firefox Nighty 29) with no addonbar?
That's the idea, but for time reasons I'm targeting a post-australis version to land the changes.
Thanks for your patience ;)
the original "url-addon-bar" now also have autohide option. But unlike this addon, it shows icons by default and hides them on adress bar click.
So now it looks like a matter of taste which addon (original or this) to use.
too many space between QuickJava buttons, other icons look very god)
Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant.
This small addon is light-weight, cute and lovely. Recommended for anyone who use addons a lot and hate the boring bottom addon bar.
Makes my browsing experience less cluttered and more functional. Having add-ons like Adblock hidden in the URL bar if I need to disable it for a specific site is awesome. Else I always had to bring it back via the customization tool and then later on remove it.
"- To use this addon without autohide feature, please try "url-addon-bar" "
url-addon-bar no longer seems to work. Please could you make the autohide feature of this addon into an optional toggle so that I might use this addon without the autohide?
Thanks for your review. Unafortunately, the developer of this addon is going to change soon and until that there are not going to be more updates.
The known bug that makes the addon stop working is related with customization, as when you enter customization mode and you leave it, the addon doesn't work anymore until you disable/enable it again.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
Will it support putting the bookmark bar in url？I tried but found two problems.
1. the customize menu sometimes is useless.
2.when I drag the icon in urlbar to bookmark folder, or adjust the position of the bookmark, it will automatically open a new tab.
Currently i have no time to develop new features or fix bugs. But in a near future, i'll add this feature ;)
WOW, really helpful. Thanks for making this.
Very helpful add-on. I have a suggestion for newer versions - you could add an option for delaying time for bar to show up
How many of these add-ons actually do what they say they will. Well this one does. Thanks for saving me real estate...
Does what it says. No issues. Perfect extension.
Good job ~!!!
Definitely Ghostery, removed all addons except Ghostery.
Note, its the toolbar item with the dropdown, not the default addonbar item that shows in text blocked site count.
Also, there has to be a item on page thats blocked, so the little box next to the ghost icon shows a count, then the navbar will grow by 1px. If there are no blocked items, the little box on the icon doesn't show, and the navbar remains at the correct hight.
I try again what you said, with no positive results. In the urlbar are 2 Ghostery icons, and there aren´t problems. If it is a Ghostery problem, i think that i I will not be able to help you. However, we can try to fix it until it is resolved.

Many thanks for your five stars!!! You help me a lot with that.....
No problem here, only satisfaction. 'Addons in Urlbar' 1.5.2 with Firefox 13.01 get along fine.
This in IMO a nice step ahead of 'url-addon-bar', the autohide feature bringing the best of two worlds : no add-on bar and a clear url-bar until hovered. Great!
Many thanks for your review!!!
