I, Blake Watson, operator of A Fine Start (hereafter, AFS), care deeply about your privacy. I’m a big supporter of internet privacy and I will never misuse your data or betray your trust by giving or selling your information to third parties.
What information does the AFS add-on collect and how does it use that information?
When you use the AFS Firefox add-on without an AFS account, all your bookmarks are stored on your computer—AFS’ servers don’t collect them.
Should you choose to subscribe to a Premium sync account, the add-on will collect your email address and communicate with AFS' website to upload your bookmarks to the cloud and/or download updates to your bookmarks that you make on other devices/browsers.
Am I being tracked?
No. The AFS add-on doesn’t use tracking or analytics of any kind. Any permissions the add-on requests is strictly for providing its essential functions.
