- Rated 2 out of 5by Anngie1984, a month agoI had the old standalone version which worked Great until they stopped supporting it this fall and I was forced to get the subscription version. Now it takes almost a full minute for the extension to even offer me the option to enter my master password. It also has to reload the extension about every 8th opening so I concur with others who've said it does not work well with Firefox. I can only hope the developers are working to improve it with this browser. Once activated it is still a good password manager tool.

- Rated 2 out of 5by TwoFilm, 5 months agoDo the devs actually use their product? To enter in the year for dates field, you have to click the previous month every.single.time.
Autofill suggestions show random email instead of existing credentials. - Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18371047, 6 months ago
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18070113, 7 months agoSeems to be getting worse - unable to access help or support, doesn't understand 2FA fields, misses filling in too many places but is obnoxious on other sites trying to fill fields it has no idea about.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18426539, 9 months agoIt usually takes several tries to get the extension to open with Firefox. I've replaced and updated the extension, but still no improvement. I hope the glitches can get worked out soon.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14839652, 10 months agoThe convenience of password fill in is offset by incredibly slow responses as password checks and checks and rechecks the websites. I'll type a sentence sometimes before Firefox catches up to print the sentence on screen. Or not. And the mouse pointer bounces between unresponsive/responsive/unresponsive... for seconds at a time. Not acceptable!

Blocking competing sign-in popups feature works really (not) great: it doesn't block LastPass when you enable it, and it blocks Firefox built-in manager when it's disabled.

The extension seems to want to work, but it just doesn't fill in fields, so I almost always just ignore it. I wouldn't bother with this extension, it really doesn't work well.

It Randomly appears and disappears, and I've found no help from trying to follow suggestions for fixing. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM, 1PASSWORD!

- Rated 2 out of 5by Alestrius, a year agoAs with the review below me, I've used 1Password for ages without issues, but in the last week or so it's started having problems and slowing down my browser. Reddit is virtually unusable, but there's a few other sites that occasionally seem to chug when opening similar commenting/reply boxes. Not sure what's going on, but this needs to be fixed swiftly.

Why not an integrated package? This is beyond me.
unfortunately I have to use this for work, otherwise I would use more native solutions.Developer response

There appears to be no option to turn this behavior off. Pretty annoying!

We'll be standing-by to chat! - Rated 2 out of 5by Terry, a year agoThey emphasize security, but support is poor. Also they still haven't really got their 2 factor authentication working in a reasonable manner and have been promising login using a security key for a year, but still haven't managed to have this available.
Using security keys for 2 factor authentication involves setting them up on every machine and every browser.
When I got locked out it took over a week to get back in even though I had my secret key! Too bad they can't get it together.Developer response

It no longer allows auto-filling from the login pages. Keeps requiring authentication and takes around 30 seconds when clicking the 1Pass icon in the browser. Used to be much better earlier.
