Need Updates Rated 3 out of 5 stars
This Addon Need a Update for the Uptodate Firefox. 0 Bytes Downloads, last Update 15 January 2015 whats wrong Programmer ? I am going back to Firefox 35.0.1 to bring that addon to work, not fine but it works without problems.
This and its ads suck. Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This add-on enforces adware. It keeps switching the current address to "offers.bycontext.com". I don't even know how the heck this got installed in my browser, as I already have a trusted video downloader. I'd give this a zero-star rating if there were such a thing like that here.
works but has a significant issue Rated 3 out of 5 stars

"Some people mention the problem the download might not start and seams to be frozen by trying to download @ 0 bytes. I had the same problem and could solve it by restarting firefox. afterwards, it worked fine for me - every time I had this problem."
I have verified the issue that Jappie mentioned occurs and also that their workaround method works ... but it is a hassle to need to restart Firefox
pro: works, simple
con: buggy download start, ugly button
update - the download @ 0 bytes is happening EVERYTIME now ...and the workaround is getting to be too annoying to deal with (downgrading Rating)
update 2 - it does however allow for multiple downloads to be 'queued' and thus continued when the user restarts firefox ...still annoying to need to do so in the first place ... I don't remember needing to do so with an earlier version sometime last year
Please disable annoying advertising pop-ups! Rated 3 out of 5 stars
This amazing 5*-tool works as it should and therefor thank you so much.
Unfortunately the 1-Click-Team has build in an ad pop-up with no way to out-opt. At random when starting Firefox the homepage of 1-Click appears. This devalues this fantastic add-on a bit.
So please create an option to uncheck this ad.

Copy to clipboard Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Since download doesn't work properly on win 8.1, I'm using "copy to clipboard", then after pasting link into the address bar I can play it or Save video as... :) It's no longer one click, but still download. Btw. on Kubuntu i can download without any issues, it's version of FF related issue.
It doesn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars
I just installed it. I see the red button, click, and choose. My Downloads say it's downloading, but it remains at "0 bytes" with "unknown time remaining" until I give up and delete it. I even tried it overnight. It doesn't work. If someone has a solution, I'd love to try it, but I couldn't find a support forum for this plugin.

Very good, but some videos can't be downloaded with this. Still, 5 stars!
Works but 2 glitches Rated 4 out of 5 stars
There is a glitch in the "Save As" function where the program overwrites the previous download with the current file.
When downloading multiple files, you need to manually rename each file, or it will overwrite the previous download.
The result is you will have different file names, all of the same video.
Red "download" button does not always appear. You must sometimes reload the page to activate the download button.
And again, as always, does not work for VEVO / VEMO titles.
Other than that, not a bad little utility.

Still no Big Red Download button. This used to be a great addon, I'm sure it still is, but I don't know since it isn't anywhere to be seen. I'm using Firefox 35.0.1.This user has 3 previous reviews of this add-on.

It is not back.... Rated 1 out of 5 stars
It used to work, then it didn't now they say it is back. What was once best video downloader is virtually useless. It cannot download anything higher than 720 so please do not expect it to based on the description. Problem is the next best one entices you then wants you to pay for the pro version to do the same. I use flashget now and go to different sites until I find the video I want. It is easier than cluttering up the add-ons with ones that no longer work. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.3.7).

Piece of junk. Quit working on me when I updated to Firefox 35. I shall be removing this garbage forthwith and looking for a new downloader. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.3.7).

Started failing first week January 2015 Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Started failing for me about a week ago (Jan 8 2015 or so).
"Download" button appears BUT the little list of optional file types (mp4, 3gp etc) never does finish refreshing itself and reporting the estimated file size.
Selecting a file type and proceeding doesn't download anything.
