Blocks consent dialogs by either injecting the consent cookie(s)/storage item(s) or blocking requests to the consent management platform.

Blocking can be disabled per-site using the browser action in the toolbar.
Hold down the Shift key to auto-reload the page, reloading obviously doesn't work on mobile.
