like all similar tools : the user has to be busy. some websites refuse working but on the other hand: you know what this websites try to spy. freeware is ok and spending some bugs via paypal should be a matter of course

Amazing! No YouTube ads, nor everyday ads. This extension even allows you to see what ads were blocked under categories.

It doesn't work. It says:

1. Allow Ghostery in private windows

If I watch in a Private window, it doesn't block any ads. So what's the sense of even having this extension?
