posted 2 days agoHey there,
That doesn't sound very good, it could be that certain Firefox settings are enabled which stops 1Password X from being able to write to Firefox’s local storage which stops the extension from working.
Can you check that “Always use private browsing” and “Never remember history” are not both enabled simultaneously. At least one of these settings needs to be disabled for the extension to work.

- by rarcas, 20 days agoRated 1 out of 5En cliquant sur une lien dans un E-Mail de 1Password, sans avoir à saisir le mot de passe de mon compte, ça a supprimer mon compte qui contenait tous mes mots de passe.

While this has nothing to do with 1Password X extension, it is still very odd. The “Delete Account” process doesn’t require your Master Password because often people use it when they don’t remember their password.
Did you initiate the process yourself? Or did that email came out of the blue? In any case, send us an email to support@1password.com and we’ll try to help you out with this. - by Douglas, 20 days agoRated 5 out of 5
