- by Firefox user 16321407, 4 days agoRated 3 out of 5I used this add-on for about a week and it worked fine on Firefox. Now, I can't get it to let me know login. When I click on the icon in my browser, nothing happens.
Developer responseposted 18 hours agoHey there,
That doesn't sound very good, it could be that certain Firefox settings are enabled which stops 1Password X from being able to write to Firefox’s local storage which stops the extension from working.
Can you check that “Always use private browsing” and “Never remember history” are not both enabled simultaneously. At least one of these settings needs to be disabled for the extension to work.

Developer responseposted 14 days agoHey Rarcas,
While this has nothing to do with 1Password X extension, it is still very odd. The “Delete Account” process doesn’t require your Master Password because often people use it when they don’t remember their password.
Did you initiate the process yourself? Or did that email came out of the blue? In any case, send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll try to help you out with this.
